The photoshoot
We encourage every client to treat their photoshoot as their time. Making a real effort, choosing outfits you feel great in and taking time for yourself all play a part. The more confident and comfortable you feel, the more it shows in your dating photographs.
On the day, we’ll gently guide you throughout the session, offering direction while keeping everything relaxed and natural. You don’t need to know how to pose or worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera. Our approach is calm and supportive, helping you feel at ease so your personality can shine through.
Preparation makes all the difference
From experience, preparation is key to a successful dating photography session. Before your shoot, we’ll send you a PDF with guidance on how best to prepare, covering things like clothes, hair, accessories and colours.
We work closely with dating professionals and can share practical advice on what works (and what doesn’t) in online dating photography. We can also suggest a series of two or three different looks, helping you create a varied set of images that work across different situations and platforms.
This thoughtful approach ensures you’re not just happy with your photos, but genuinely proud to share them.
