Half Term Children and Family Photoshoot

Why not take advantage of the upcoming school holidays by scheduling a half term Children and Family Photoshoot?

While Autumn has officially started, the corresponding weather hasn’t fully arrived. So temperatures are still quite warm. Yet, there’s a nip in the air which tells us that Autumn is just around the corner. And while it seems as though the children have all just gone back to school, the half term holidays start in a few short weeks. Which is when the leaves will be turning and nature will be at its best. The beautiful Autumn colours and the half term holiday conspire to make October the perfect month for a family photoshoot.

I like to keep my Children and Family photoshoots fun and casual. That way, everyone feels relaxed and has a good time. So getting outside in cosy jumpers and boots and playing in the leaves and climbing up trees really fits the bill. Often, I shoot in the garden or in a local park where there are plenty of colourful leaves. Usually we kick a football around, have leaf fights, run about and clamber over logs. This leads to joyous and spontaneous photographs and creates a fun day of fond memories.
