Family Photoshoot in studio and on location in West London
Sometimes the weather is unreliable. But that’s just one of the challenges a photographer faces when doing a Family Photoshoot.
This gorgeous family is one I have photographed before. Firstly, when the youngest was a newborn baby and again three years later. It’s amazing to see how fast they grown up and a privilege to record their childhood for posterity. I always go on about this but the message I want to get across to anyone who will listen: these years go by so quickly!
This West London Family Photoshoot was held a few weeks ago when the weather was very changeable.
We started in my West London Studio as the weather wasn’t cooperating. We had planned to do the shoot in the park but as the family were all very relaxed about posing, we achieved a great shoot in the Studio.
When the weather finally broke, we rushed out to my local park to capture portraits of Trinity, the gorgeous teenage daughter, amongst the Spring blossoms.
And Mum Jaz jumped in for a quick mother and daughter portrait.
We had a little change of clothes and then as the weather threatened to change again, we nipped back to the studio to finish up the photoshoot baking cookies in my kitchen as that’s one thing the family loves to do on weekends.
The love and connection between family members is evident, as I am sure you can see in the photographs..

LONDON PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER
Hello, Please may I have a price for a family shoot involving my mother, brother, wife, sister in law, our daughter (20), my niece (14) and I ( and our dog Luna a beautiful black Labrador if you allow dogs?). Ideally we’d like a bunch of different shots with different people, some in traditional Punjabi outfits, smart and casual outfits and whatever else you suggest. Kind regards, Dhar
