SPRING PHOTO SHOOT | HOLLAND PARK LONDON

SPRING BRINGS HOPE, JOY & COLOUR

There is something magical and uplifting about Spring after a long, cold winter with dark early nights.

Spring brings a feeling of new beginnings and is a wonderful time for location shoots as she creates a beautiful, colourful backdrop. The magnolia and cherry trees bursts into blossom and daffodils paint a vibrant tapestry of colour.

SPRING PHOTOSHOOT

This Spring Photoshoot with lovely, beautiful teenager Anna Barnett took place almost a year ago in Holland Park. We had a great team together on day with Lisa Redman and her exquisite, handmade and gorgeous outfits, Noah Hayton kindly lent some amazing sparkling diamond jewellery from her collection at Thea Jewels Ltd and Amanda Durkin on hair & makeup.

We captured a wide, variety of portraits in different locations around Holland Park which were selected to enhance the various outfits.

My work celebrates women and their is nothing more lovely than capturing the beauty of youth as a teenager transforms from an innocent child and blossoms into a beautiful young lady. Capturing this essence is one of the favourite aspects of my work and teenage shoots are also great fun to do.

THE TESTIMONIAL

“I found that the experience was very empowering and incredibly enjoyable! What I loved about my shoot with Serena was the the laid back, calm and fun approach she took, this made me more comfortable during the shoot. Another great thing is that each shoot Serena dose is individual. She had prepared mood boards and we talked about what kind of pictures we where looking to achieve in the next shot before hand. This made me be able have a slight image in my mind of what we where looking for. However there was also a lot of spontaneity during the shoot, where we took advantage of all the things london has to offer including dogs!

I think that is it really special to have some beautiful bespoke photographs of myself at this age because I am at the point where I am changing from child into an adult and to capture this moment is something that I can treasure for ever and ever. When seeing the end results I am very pleased to say that both Serena and myself where very proud of the photographs. I could not recommend Serena enough! Her warm and kind personality put me at ease straight away!” Anna
