Portrait of the artist as a young lady

January 25, 2018 | PORTRAITS, WOMEN

Singer/songwriter Emma Danelon knows the value of a professional portrait shoot.

Italian born Chelsea resident Emma is a young lady in charge of her image. She realises that the music business is visual (like every other industry these days!). Consequently it's important to control the image you wish to present to the world. This is why Emma decided to invest in having a professional portrait shoot with me. Emma found me on Google and liked my style, calling it 'elegant and professional' in her initial email to me. When we chatted I became really excited about working with Emma.

Emma had done some modelling previously but described herself as shy in front of the camera and not body confident. She thought that having a professional portrait shoot would bring back some of her confidence and so we agreed to do a location shoot in our local park in West London. The results are stunning:

We then moved to my nearby studio and took some more photographs

With some previous modelling experience, Emma made a great subject though she was initially nervous. I think you will agree that we captured some captivating photos of a talented and lovely young woman whom I predict will go far. Especially as she is so savvy about her personal brand image. Emma is preparing to release her debut album. Click here to check her out on Instagram.
